Vista Design's site engineering experience encompasses a wide variety of public works, residential, commercial, institutional and light industrial projects. Typical engineered systems include multifaceted stormwater management and water quality facilities, state and private roads, state highway entrances, sewer & water collection and conveyance systems, sewerage pumping stations, site grading & drainage, and multi-phase erosion & sediment control systems. Additionally, Vista's engineering division performs complex hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, including preparation of floodplain studies. Through the extensive practical construction experience of our engineering staff, Vista is able to approach design tasks with consideration not only for the initial cost of construction, but also for the ease and costs of long-term maintenance. Vista's comprehensive knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements enables us to rapidly procure permits and approvals, thereby containing overall project costs and helping to keep schedules on track. Vista Design also provides bidding- and construction-phase administration services, progress monitoring and inspection services to owners, lenders, architects, government agencies and construction managers.
